SVA Property Auctions was established in January 1999 as Scotlandbs only locally based firm of property auctioneers. Since then we have held a regular programme of auctions, usually 5 or 6 per year, from venues in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The auctions offer both commercial and residential property as well as land, together with other development opportunities, all located throughout Scotland.

The business has progressed steadily in recent years with the firm increasing the value of the individual lots sold and we have now raised over B#178million for a broad range of clients. The firmbs average disposal rate is consistently around 85%, placing us well to the fore in the UK national performance figures.
