Well that's exactly what husband and wife team Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt set out to perform for clients when they design and build a home from out of the ground to move-in ready in 100 days or less. Not only do they listen to the homeowners custom requirements and design and create them their dream home but they include surprise mini projects within the build to surprise the buyers when the big reveal is done at handover day.
