Series Synopsis

TV property expert power couple Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines hailing from Waco, Texas in the US are bought in to help prospective home buyers chose a home with potential. After the deal is done Chip moves in as lead contractor to carry out the structural changes under the watchful eye of Joanna who heads up the design team and specifies the new layout and fixtures and fittings culminating with the staging at the end of the build.
