Series synopsis: Unhappy with their current lot homeowners not wishing to move and wanting to avoid the cost of change enlist the help of renowned property expert Sarah Beeny to show them what they could achieve by redesigning rooms in their current home. Sarah uses 3D virtual reality technology to show them her blueprint for proposed changes and help the homeowners visualise what they could achieve and guides them on how best to make use of their tight budgets. She regularly checks back in to see how the build is going and sample their reaction on completion.
